UCSD Noose – What Noose?

UCSD Noose — What a noose  was found on campus at UCSD? News of a noose inside UCSD’s Giesel Library has yet to be reported in the University of California San Diego’s student run paper this morning.

But one website is reporting today it was found hanging on the seventh floor of the Library. When the alleged noose was found, and further details, are not being reported.

The website is reporting the following: a “noose was found hanging on the seventh floor of the Giesel Library.”
